As in previous editions, the LIFE Lugo+Biodinamic project participates in the 10th edition of the Xuvenciencia Summer Campus for 4th ESO and 1st BAC students, which is held at the Campus Terra de Lugo.

On July 5 and 6, the students visited the Impulso Verde building, and discovered the advantages of this low-energy bioclimatic building project, built with a complete structure of local wood. They received first-hand information from the project staff about its design, the passive CO2 capture strategies, the prefabricated construction, and its low-consumption thermal installations.

This visit will help them learn and reflect on a form of sustainable construction that supports the Galician forestry sector, promotes sustainable forest management and collaborates in mitigating and adapting to climate change.
