This week the municipal Government has presented a project of unfolding and humanization of Infanta Elena Avenue, in the north of the city of Lugo, that will generate new pedestrian spaces and bike lanes for the neighbors . These actions include the creation of a bike lane connecting the commercial area of ​​As Gándaras and the development area of ​​the LIFE Lugo + Biodinámico project with the rest of the city.

The Impulso Verde building, which will be constructed in this area, will be one of the main beneficiaries of this initiative. With this project, the building will be accessible to citizens through alternatives to roads , as pedestrian paths equipped with sidewalks, lighting and street furniture as well as bike lanes that will make it easier for neighbors to visit this municipal site.

This announcement consolidates the commitment of the Council with the LIFE Lugo + Biodinámico project and its objective to reduce CO2 emissions to the atmosphere, offering sustainable alternatives to road transport.
