The LIFE Lugo + Biodinámico project wants to contribute to the development of an urban planning strategy to achieve an effective adaptation to climate change at the neighborhood or residential neighborhood scale.
Following the strategy of sustainability, replicability and transfer of project results, LIFE Lugo + Biodinámico will promote the exchange of experiences and good practices among similar projects on solutions for adapting urban environments to climate change.
We want to favor the establishment of CITIES + ADAPTED to Climate Change, providing solutions from the LIFE Lugo + Biodinámico project and other projects developed in the EU. With this objective, the city of Lugo participates in the initiatives of the Covenant of Mayors and in the Spanish Network of Cities for Climate.
