LIFE Lugo + Biodinámico was present at the Simpósio da Castanha de Bragança
The past 11, 12 and 13 October was held in Bragança (Portugal) the III Simpósio Nacional da Castanha. This meeting was organized by the RefCast (Associação Portuguesa da Castanha) and the Sociedade de Ciências Agrárias de Portugal, with the collaboration of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, which gave its facilities for the celebration of it.
Within the activities of the Symposium, an exhibition on the LIFE Lugo + Biodinámico project was set up by the Departamento de Producción vexetal e proxectos de enxeñaría of the Escola Politécnica Superior de Enxeñaría of the USC, at Campus Terra. Juan Luis Fernández Lorenzo, Esther Fernández Núñez, Pablo Fraga Gontán and Antonio Rigueiro Rodríguez were the researchers in charge of preparing the content of the exhibition in which the Action C6 of the project, Plantation of chestnut trees was showed:
