Lara Méndez attended the Welcome Day for the new students of the Lugo Campus in which the multiple collaborations that exist between the university and the City of Lugo were highlighted, such as Life Lugo + Biodinámico, which will help in the change to a new model of sustainable city.

The mayoress dedicated some affectionate words to the students of the Lugo Campus: “Welcome to Lugo, to the best city in the world and specifically to the Campus Terra of Lugo, the best campus you could choose to prepare for your future, which from the Lugo City Council will work to develop it in this city”. He also told the students that in their hands “they will be living and helping to build a new model of sustainable municipality, a pioneer in the fight against climate change”.
